The Ceremony
We had Smajko on the keyboard, under our strict request of - "whatever you want to play, man." and to our
pleasant surprise, Bilen-The-Opera-Boy started to sing as we approached Master of The Ceremony, Sue.
Little Mibera, Leona, and Momoca sprinkled (and ate some) flowers ahead of us, and Remzi was so serious
about his ring boy responsibility and kept touching them on the pillow, he almost lost our wedding bands twice
during the ceremony. Margo recited a Rumi's poem, Mirka performed a mini-Muslim ceremony while careful
not to convert Kazuki in the process, Uncle Hokaichi sang the traditional Noh song "Takasagoya" to Seido's delight,
then Melina sang a song beautifully. It was a gorgeous afternoon.
